- slices sugar-free deli ham: 8 oz (fresh, 1-ounce slices)
- chive cream cheese: 4 oz (prepared, 1/2 cup)
- chopped baby spinach: 1 cup (fresh)
- medium red bell pepper: 1 piece (fresh, seeded and sliced)
