A healthy snack made with sugar-free deli ham, chive cream cheese, and fresh vegetables, perfect for a quick meal or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • slices sugar-free deli ham: 8 oz (fresh, 1-ounce slices)
  • chive cream cheese: 4 oz (prepared, 1/2 cup)
  • chopped baby spinach: 1 cup (fresh)
  • medium red bell pepper: 1 piece (fresh, seeded and sliced)

  1. Lay out each slice of ham flat. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on each slice.

  3. Divide bell pepper into 8 equal portions and put portions on top of spinach.
