We offer an option of such a disguise healthy carrot by a pleasant orange flavor and unusual look of children's pancakes. If you have molds for cooking pancakes - take it and we start to cook! And if not, you can cook circular, funny, bright and sweet carrot pancakes in an ordinary pan.

  1. You can take a ready carrot puree or cook yourself. To cook carrot puree yourself, you need to boil carrots and grind to a state of smooth puree using a blender.

    Carrot puree mix with yogurt, eggs and 50 grams of sugar. Add flour and baking powder, stir until smooth.

  4. Heat frying pan over medium heat. Before cooking the first pancake grease with oil. You can cook ordinary pancakes or in a curly shape: put a silicone curly shape on the pan. Pour about 2-3 tablespoons of dough into it, distribute inside. Pancakes fry on both sides for 1.5-2 minutes. Turn over with the spatula with the form.
