- rice vinegar: 0.66667 cup
- white sugar: 0.25 cup
- soy sauce: 1 tsp
- sesame oil: 1 tsp
- sesame seeds: 2 Tbsp

Place Persian cucumbers in a bowl; add salt and mix well. Let sit until cucumbers release their juices, about 10 minutes. Squeeze excess juice from cucumbers and drain.
