
This hot dog chili recipe took me many years to get just right! It reminds me of the chili I had as a kid.
Ingredients
- ground beef: 1 pound
- water: 0.33333 cup
- ounces tomato sauce: 5 piece
- ketchup: 0.5 cup
- ½ teaspoons chili powder: 2 piece
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp
- white sugar: 0.5 tsp (to taste)
- onion powder: 0.5 tsp
- dash Worcestershire sauce: 1 piece

Place ground beef and water in a large saucepan; use a potato masher to break apart beef.

Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, chili powder, salt, black pepper, sugar, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
