Ingredients

  • walnuts: 0.5 cup (coarsely chopped)
  • pecans: 0.5 cup (coarsely chopped)
  • unsweetened shredded coconut: 0.5 cup
  • almonds: 0.33333 cup (sliced)
  • ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
  • granulated erythritol sweetener (such as Swerve®): 2 tsp
  • (1 gram) packet granular sucrolose sweetener (such as Splenda®): 1 piece (to taste, optional)
  • butter: 2 Tbsp (melted)

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  2. Mix walnuts, pecans, coconut, and almonds together in a bowl.

  3. Stir cinnamon, erythritol, and sucralose into melted butter; pour over nut mixture and stir to coat. Spread granola in a single layer on a baking sheet.
