- garlic: 4 piece
- lemon: 1 piece
- olive oil: 150 ml
- salt: 1 pinch
- rosemary: 1 Tbsp
- lamb: 2 pound

First let\'s make marinade. Take a bowl. Squeeze juice from a lemon and pour it in the bowl. Add salt. Cut garlic, add rosemary and mix everything. Add also olive oil and other spices up to you (mustard, horseradish, bay leaf). Mix everything properly.

Prepare lamb. Wash it. Dry it up. Cut the lamb. Try to make all the pieces equal. Now pour the marinade upon the lamb pieces. Place it in your refregirator and leave it for a day. If you are out of time you may leave it only for one hour.

Grill every piece properly until it is ready. Usually it taskes 10-15 minutes.
