Ingredients
- ½ cups macaroni: 1 piece
- cider vinegar: 2 Tbsp
- cheddar cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
- green bell pepper: 0.5 cup (chopped)
- celery: 0.25 cup (chopped)
- green onion: 3 Tbsp (thinly sliced)
- cherry tomatoes: 8 piece
- mayonnaise: 1 cup
- salt and pepper: (to taste)
- Beau Monde ™ seasoning: 0.25 tsp

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.

In a large bowl, combine pasta and vinegar. Mix well and allow to sit 15-20 minutes.

Add cheese, peppers, celery, green onions, tomatoes, mayonnaise and seasonings. Mix well and refrigerate until chilled.
