These Irish mashed potatoes are pretty easy to make with simple ingredients and taste really good too!

  • butter: 0.5 cup
  • half-and-half cream: 0.5 cup (if needed)
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 0.25 tsp
