- rolled oats: 0.5 cup
- carrots: 0.25 cup (grated)
- dates: 0.25 cup (chopped)
- brown sugar: 3 Tbsp
- ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
- vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- raisins: 0.25 cup
- honey: 0.25 cup
