Ingredients
- potato: 4 piece (boiled and cut into cubes)
- coconut: 0.25 cup
- onion: 1 piece (finely chopped)
- curry leaves: 1 piece
- coriander leaves: 2 Tbsp (chopped)
- green chilies: 1 piece
- garlic: 1 clove (chopped)
- turmeric powder: 0.25 tsp
- chili pepper: 0.25 tsp (powdered)
- mustard seeds: 0.5 tsp
- Bengal gram: 0.5 Tbsp
- urad dal: 0.5 Tbsp
- oil: 2 tsp
- salt: 0.5 tsp (to taste)

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut the vegetable into cubes. Heat water in a pot and boil potato cubes until they are soft. Add turmeric and red chili powder.

Heat oil in a frying pan and roast mustard seeds.

Then add bengal gram and urad dal. Fry the ingredients. Add curry leaves, onion, garlic, green chili and sauté the together.

Now, add 1 tablespoon of grated coconut and keep sautéing.

Then add boiled potatoes. Sauté for several minutes more.

Finally, add grated coconut and coriander leaves. Mix the ingredients and cut off the heat. Serve hot! Enjoy!
