Ingredients

  • rolled oats: 0.5 cup
  • Almond Breeze Original almondmilk: 0.66667 cup
  • canned pumpkin puree: 3 Tbsp
  • brown sugar: 2 tsp
  • pumpkin pie spice: 0.25 tsp
  • shelled roasted pepitas: 1 Tbsp

  1. In a pint jar or at least 12 ounce glass, mix oats and almondmilk. In a small bowl, mix pumpkin, brown sugar and spice. Spoon over oats. Cover; refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
