- rolled oats: 0.5 cup
- Almond Breeze Original almondmilk: 0.66667 cup
- canned pumpkin puree: 3 Tbsp
- brown sugar: 2 tsp
- pumpkin pie spice: 0.25 tsp
- shelled roasted pepitas: 1 Tbsp

In a pint jar or at least 12 ounce glass, mix oats and almondmilk. In a small bowl, mix pumpkin, brown sugar and spice. Spoon over oats. Cover; refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
