- cheddar cheese: 1 cup (shredded)

- garlic powder: 0.5 tsp
- milk: 0.66667 cup
- butter: 0.33333 cup (cut into pieces)
- egg: 1 piece
- butter: 2 Tbsp (melted)
- parsley: 2 tsp (dried, optional)
