Ingredients
- bunch fresh spinach: 0.5 piece (minced)
- cucumber: 1 piece (cubed)
- tomato: 1 piece (cubed)
- red onion: 0.5 piece (cut into 1/4 inch pieces)
- garlic: 2 clove (minced)
- lemon: 1 piece (juiced)
- olive oil: 0.25 cup
- sea salt: 1 tsp
- ground black pepper: 1 tsp
