Ingredients

  • chickpea : 150 g (sprouts)
  • cucumber : 2 piece
  • cherry tomatoes : 10 piece
  • avocado : 1 piece
  • garlic : 1 clove
  • lemon juice : 2 Tbsp
  • olive oil : 2 Tbsp
  • soy sauce : 2 Tbsp
  • nori sheet : 2 piece

  1. Nori sheets break into small pieces and grind.

  2. Peel and chop the garlic. Avocado cut in half, pulp with a spoon and immediately into a blender. Put garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce (two or three tablespoons).

  3. Grind until smooth. Pour olive oil. Mix. If it turned out too thick - straightened with a small amount of warm water.

  4. Peel cucumbers and cut into cubes. Cut cherry in four pieces, very small in half.
