This shrimp and egg salad recipe was inspired by the open-face shrimp sandwich served at Ikea's cafeteria and my love of deviled eggs.
Ingredients
- shrimp - peeled, deveined, and: 1 pound (chopped, cooked)
- hard-cooked eggs: 4 piece (chopped)
- mayonnaise: 4 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard: 1 tsp
- sprig chopped fresh dill: 1 piece
- leaves green leaf lettuce: 4 piece

In a medium bowl, mix together shrimp, eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and dill. Spoon onto lettuce leaves to serve.
