Ingredients
- egg: 2 piece
- sugar: 110 g
- butter: 125 g
- dark chocolate: 125 g
- flour: 50 g

Prepare the ingredients. Get butter out of the refrigerator so that it becomes room temperature. Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees.

Whisk eggs with sugar using a mixer until a stable light mass. Add the softened butter and whisk together.

Add sifted flour and gently mix with a whisk.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave, slightly cool, and add to the dough. Mix everything until smooth.

Grease the baking dish with oil and sprinkle with flour. Tighten the bottom of the form with foil. Pour the dough into the form. Bake for 25 minutes.

Biscuit should look like unbaked. Pass along the edge of the form with a knife. Remove the form, let the biscuit cool.
