Ingredients
- ripe avocados, pitted and: 2 piece (peeled)
- and cooled truRoots® Organic Sprouted Green Lentils: 1 cup (cooked)
- Roma tomatoes: 2 piece (chopped)
- jalapeno, seeded and: 1 piece (chopped)
- red onion: 0.25 cup (finely chopped)
- ½ tablespoons fresh lime juice: 1 piece (to taste)
- salt: 0.75 tsp
- cilantro: 1 Tbsp (minced)
