We offer you to cook stuffed tomatoes in a slow cooker. You can come up with a variety of fillings for tomatoes, but we take couscous and feta cheese - very fragrant and tasty! And so that the preparation takes a minimum of time and effort, we will use the slow cooker. These tomatoes are a wonderful dish for both the holiday table and the daily diet.
Ingredients
- tomatoes: 10 piece
- water: 250 ml
- couscous: 150 g
- feta cheese: 150 g
- olive oil: 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice: 0.5 tsp
- herbes de Provence: 1 Tbsp
- basil: 1 pinch

Prepare the ingredients.

Couscous pour with boiling water. If there is no kettle or stove, you can cook the dish with the help of a slow cooker. Pour a glass of water into the bowl and put into the “Steaming” mode for 5 minutes. Water should boil.

When the water boils, switch on the slow cooker to the “Heated” mode, pour the couscous into the water, mix and leave for 5 minutes.

When the slow cooker has turned off put the couscous in a separate deep bowl. Pour the oil and lemon juice. Stir the couscous with a fork.

Grate feta cheese grate. Wash greens and chop.

Add greens, feta and Provencal herbs to the couscous, stir with a fork.

Wash the tomatoes thoroughly. Cut the tops like caps. Spoon to get the flesh.

Put tomatoes into couscous and put in a slow cooker in the "Steam" mode for 5-7 minutes, pre-pouring a glass of water into the bowl and installing a special stand for steaming.
