Prepare the ingredients first to have them at hand while cooking.
Peel the potato and cut it into small cubes.
Fry the potato until it is ready.
Now, cut the ham into pieces.
Add the ham to the fried potatoes.
Chop the garlic and green onions. Add them to other products. Keep frying for about 2 more minutes on small fire. Then spoon the ingredients into a bowl and let it cool down a bit.
Add two eggs, grated cheese, salt and pepper into the bowl.
