If you wish to please your loved ones with a healthy and delicious breakfast, these tortillas with ham and potatoes will definitely be a perfect choice! Tortillas is a traditional Spanish dish, which appeals both to children and adults. Now, you have a nice chance to cook it for your friends and family as well!  

Ingredients

  • egg : 3 piece
  • ham : 70 g
  • potato : 1 piece (large)
  • hard cheese : 100 g
  • green onion : 4 piece
  • garlic : 1 clove (large)
  • oil : 50 ml
  • salt : 0.5 tsp
  • black pepper : 1 pinch

Stages of cooking

  1. Prepare the ingredients first to have them at hand while cooking.

     

  2. Peel the potato and cut it into small cubes.

     

  3. Fry the potato until it is ready.

     

  4. Now, cut the ham into pieces.

  5. Add the ham to the fried potatoes.

     

  6. Chop the garlic and green onions. Add them to other products. Keep frying for about 2 more minutes on small fire. Then spoon the ingredients into a bowl and let it cool down a bit.

  7. Add two eggs, grated cheese, salt and pepper into the bowl.

     

  8. Mix the ingredients well to get smooth mixture.

     

  9. Pour the mixture into a well-heated frying pan and fry your tortilla for several minutes on both sides. That’s it! Your tortilla is now ready! Enjoy!
