- olive oil: 2 Tbsp
- uncooked brown rice: 1 cup
- red bell pepper: 0.5 piece (chopped)
- onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- garlic: 2 tsp (crushed)
- water: 2 cups
- tomatoes: 1 can (10 ounce can, diced)
- chili powder: 2 tsp
- salt: 1 tsp
