Ingredients

  • yellow cornmeal: 1 cup
  • all-purpose flour: 0.5 cup
  • baking powder: 1 tsp
  • baking soda: 0.5 tsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • ground paprika: 0.25 tsp
  • ½ cups buttermilk: 1 piece
  • butter: 3 Tbsp (melted)
  • egg, slightly: 1 piece (beaten)

  1. Preheat and lightly grease a waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
