- vegetable oil: 0.5 cup
- low-sodium soy sauce: 0.33333 cup
- red wine vinegar: 0.25 cup
- lemon juice: 2 Tbsp (fresh)
- ½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce: 1 piece
- Dijon mustard: 1 Tbsp
- garlic: 2 clove (minced)
- ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp
- (1 1/2-pound) flank steak: 1 piece
