A wonderfully delicious shredded chicken salad perfect for sandwiches, salads, and crackers! This is one of those things that gets more delicious the more it sits chilling.

Ingredients

  • cooked chicken: 4 cups (shredded)
  • stalks celery: 4 piece (minced)
  • carrots, peeled and: 2 piece (minced)
  • mayonnaise: 1 cup
  • sweet relish: 0.25 cup
  • spicy brown mustard: 1 Tbsp
  • medium lemon: 0.5 piece (juiced)
  • salt: 0.75 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp
