This salsa verde has a fabulous flavor. Use it on green chicken enchiladas or as a condiment for any dish that needs a little extra zip!
Ingredients
- tomatillos, husked: 1 pound
- onion: 0.5 cup (finely chopped)
- serrano Chili pepper: 1 piece (minced)
- garlic: 1 tsp (minced)
- cilantro: 2 Tbsp (chopped)
- fresh oregano: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
- ½ teaspoons salt: 1 piece (to taste)
- ground cumin: 0.5 tsp
- water: 2 cups
